1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hire AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Hire AI provides an AI-powered recruitment service through Mo, our AI recruiter. Mo facilitates connections between companies seeking to hire and candidates seeking employment. We do not guarantee that Mo will find a match for every user.

3. Fees & Payment

Candidates use Hire AI for free. Companies are charged a placement fee of 10% of base salary only upon a successful hire. Enterprise pricing is available for teams hiring at scale.

4. Refund Guarantee

If a hire made through Mo does not work out within 90 days of their start date, you are entitled to a full refund, subject to the terms of the original engagement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Hire AI Agents Pte. Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hire AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
